Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Producer Pad, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Producer Pad is a mobile application for iOS that provides remote control capabilities for OBS Studio via WebSocket, and video monitoring via NDI. The app requires OBS Studio running on a computer on the same local network.

Subscriptions and Payments

Producer Pad offers subscription-based access to Pro features:

  • Monthly Subscription: $1.99 USD per month
  • Annual Subscription: $9.99 USD per year
  • Lifetime Purchase: $24.99 USD one-time

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of Pro features. The trial begins when you start a subscription and will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Producer Pad only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
  • Use the app to interfere with or disrupt any systems or networks
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app

Intellectual Property

Producer Pad and its content, features, and functionality are owned by 1AM Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OBS Studio is a trademark of the OBS Project. NDI is a trademark of Vizrt Group. Producer Pad is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Producer Pad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1AM Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
